"B.Y.B." Group Graduation

Congratulations to Shannon, Doreen, & Kathy for
completing our first "Build Your Business" leadership training. These ladies successfully completed 4 once a month trainings.

During this time Doreen & Kathy promoted to Premier's "Designer" level.

This was a great time of learning how to be a servant leader. I am deeply impressed with all of these women and their hearts to learn.

So today was graduation day and we celebrated with a breakfast in honor of their completion. It was so nice to take the time out and just hang out!

Training Show

I just got back from a great home show hosted at a salon in Deerfield Bch, FL. There were a lot of great people there. Kathy Sabatino did a great job sharing about Premier and of course there were games and food.

Tara who was the hostess for this evening, as you can see by the pictures, was having a great time. Tonight was a special night for her because she is not just the salon owner but she also in training as a Premier Designs jeweler. What a great way for her to have another income stream for her salon.

Drum roll please...

Ladies and Gentlemen (well to the gentlemen that are brave enough to look at this blog)...our "Newest Designer Award" goes to...wait a minute, I have to open the envelope...DOREEN SHEARIN aka Reenie D!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on your new promotion!! She is on her way to building a great Premier business.

I went to her home show last night in Miami and what a great group of people. It was a double hostess show and these 2 sisters were hilarious!!! Way to go Della & Ketly...I think you both would be great at doing this business.

What a night!!!

The Moss Family Downline had a great time tonight at training. We joined Lisa B. and her team ar her home for a combined training tonight in Boca. Wow!!! What a great night!! The house was packed out.

We talked about national rally that is coming up in July. Dallas Tx here we come..we also talked about "Why Premier Designs?" and how it differs from other businesses.

A Day At The Salon

Yes I know! It is very important to have a "girls day out" every once in a while. Ladies, if you haven't had a day out for yourself yet I would encourage you to do so.

Yesterday Cherie decided to take a "mental health day" and head down to Salon Serenity in Miami Beach. Stef, (who is the owner and also sells Premier Designs jewelry), and her team do a wonderful job not only in making you look good but, with their GREAT customer service they make you feel good too!

It was well worth the trip! Thanks Stef & Carol for making my "Honey look yummy"!!

Now It's A Party!!

We usually tell our hostesses who like to have shows, "please just serve light refreshments"...but who's complaining? If you have not ever had Brazilian food, you are missin' out!!!! Thanks Marcello for cooking such a great meal!




Part of Roger's job when he comes to the shows is to find the food and sample it. He and Aline stayed in the kitchen most of the night!!

Last night I was in Miami at a jewelry show presented by Shannon "Shanny-Shann" (3rd from left). Her shows are a lot of fun as you can see by these pictures!
